ROSAWAY Interview - From France to NAAM to the Grammys

MNM is all the way in Paris where we fell in love with #RoSaWay A Parisian pop duo consisting of #RachelOmbredane and #StéphaneAvellaneda their @music is born from an unlikely and original combination: the #flute and the #drums. Bringing a refreshing @frenchtouch to the table, Rachel’s soothing voice beautifully binds together the pair’s instrumentation. With a pleasant reminiscence to 70’s theme-song-style grooves, RoSaWay combines vintage sounds with a modern blend of the present and past.

 

Both musicians have deeply honed their crafts and careers: Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in flute, Diploma in music teaching, and Masters's in musicology at the #Sorbonne in #Paris and the @VocalAcademy And with an ambition to explore different musical genres, she found herself on television sets singing with international artist such as #EdSheeran #Jain #BrokenBack and in prestigious venues such as @ZenithofParis

 

Over his career, #SteF has become a renowned blues drummer and international touring artist. SteF started his professional journey as part of the #blues band @Mercy and soon after that was propelled to the big stage alongside the Serbian guitarist #AnaPopovic He became her official drummer and has toured around the world to over thirty countries, having shared the stage with legends such as @BBKing #buddyguyslegends #JonnyLang. SteF played with many other artists such as #BenPoole #RobynBennett @CarlosJohnson #MarkoBalland #VinniesVice
